How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also find it in your account under Orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes — apply for a Pro account to access volume pricing, Net 30 terms, and a dedicated account rep.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5. Pro accounts get guaranteed 48-hour dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to 40+ countries. Delivery is 7–21 business days. Import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Is shipping free?

Free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the continental US.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened consumables and final-sale items are excluded.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

All Lupo-branded tools carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear and accidental damage are not covered.

How do I start a return?

Email returns@lupostore.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label within 24 hours.

Are your coffees freshly roasted?

Yes. All coffees are roasted weekly in Oakland and ship within 48 hours of roast date.

Do you offer equipment servicing?

We partner with certified technicians in major cities. Email us for a referral in your area.
