4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Lupo Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Returns Policy for full details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
