Not the right fit? We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. Tools carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Start Your Return

Email returns@lupostore.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24 hours.

Ship It Back

We'll send a prepaid label for eligible returns. Pack items in original packaging where possible.

Refund Issued

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Credit card refunds may take 3–5 additional days.
